Warranty
Large-Diamonds.com is confident in its inventory, and therefore warranties all merchandise against defects in manufacturing and
workmanship. Large-Diamonds.com is proud to offer a fourteen
(14) day customer satisfaction guarantee.
This means that our customers may return any purchased items within 14 days of the delivery date of the merchandise.

Shipping
All purchased items will be shipped within 48 business hours of confirmation of your payment.
Customers will be notified of any delays by the phone.
Delivery must be within the United States and cannot be made to P.O. Boxes.
All packages will be shipped via FedEx or UPS and require a signature.
All deliveries must be made to the billing address on file with the applicable credit card company.
If you are shipping to an address other than the billing address, you will need to advise
your credit card company of the alternate address.

Certificates
Large-Diamonds.com is proud to offer the top quality diamonds
available.
A diamond grading report from the Gemological Institute of America
(GIA) or the American Gem Society (AGS) will accompany our loose diamond
inventory.
However, diamond grading is subjective.
Large-Diamonds.com guarantees that the diamond sold matches the diamond
described by the certificate (i.e. that the diamond is the same one graded by
the laboratory).
We do not guarantee the accuracy of any diamond-grading laboratory.
Large-Diamonds.com, its appointees, and agents are not responsible for possible
dissimilarities and/or differences that could appear from repeated examinations
or as a result of other methods applied. Large-Diamonds.com presents these Grading
Reports to the client solely for his own use and shall not be held responsible
for any claim whatsoever that may be made on the basis of these evaluations.

Returns
Large-Diamonds.com will happily exchange or refund items that have not been worn or damaged
as long as they meet the criteria below:
All returns must receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from Large-Diamonds.com and be returned
to Large-Diamonds.com within 14 days of receipt of the original purchase.
The RMA number must be clearly written on the outside of the package or it will not be
accepted.
The items being returned must be shipped back and fully insured through
the U.S. Post Office, registered/insured at the client’s expense.
All items will be inspected and must be free from damage, alterations,
or wear.
Customers will receive a refund for the full amount of the items
excluding the original shipping expenses.
For credit card payments, Large-Diamonds.com will electronically credit your account within 5
days of return receipt. Other payments or refunds by Large-Diamonds.com
will be issued by corporate check within 5 business days.
Exchanges will be processed similar to returns. Any balance owed will be refunded
within 5 business days.
Items that are special order or that have been altered may not be returned or
exchanged. All certificates not returned with the merchandise will result in a
$150 replacement fee.

Large-Diamonds.com accepts credit cards only through PayPal and only payments below $5,000.
Payments above $5,000 should be made through wire transfer.

Insurance
All merchandise shipped from Large-Diamonds.com will be insured for their full purchased value until delivery to your requested location.
Upon delivery to your location, responsibility for the merchandise is yours.
If you require any extended warranties or insurance, please notify our Sales Representatives.

Large-Diamonds.com is located in California USA.
We are required to collect sales tax from California residents or for purchases delivered in California.
Therefore, 8.25% sales tax will be charged to all residents within this category.
