Free Insured Shipping Policy

All purchased items will be shipped in a diamond box within 48 business hours of confirmation of your payment. All merchandise shipped from Large-Diamonds.com will be insured for their full purchased value until delivery to your requested location. Customers will be notified of any delays by the phone.

Delivery must be within the United States and cannot be made to P.O. Boxes. Delivery to Canada, please contact us in advance.

All packages will be shipped via FedEx or UPS and require a signature.
All deliveries must be made to the billing address on file with the applicable credit card company.
If you are shipping to an address other than the billing address, you will need to advise your credit card company of the alternate address.

Upon delivery to your location, responsibility for the merchandise is yours.
If you require any extended warranties or insurance, please notify our Sales Representatives. All diamonds are accompanied with a GIA / AGS Certificate.
